In September 2021, one of our long-standing clients— a leading Palm Oil/FMCG company based in Kuala Lumpur with a strong brand presence in Africa—reached out to us with an urgent challenge. They had been searching for a Head of FMCG Business for over two years, having interviewed more than 30 candidates without success.
Recognizing the expertise and reputation of our founder, who has been in Executive Search for 16+ years, including 14+ years of experience hiring top talent across Africa, the Middle East, South & Southeast Asia, the client entrusted him with this critical search.
This pivotal moment led to the birth of EXECUTIVE HUNT—an organization dedicated to bridging the talent gap in emerging markets and delivering leadership solutions where they matter most.
